On Saturday 1/7/2012 we have kick-off at the school which is be brodcast through NASA TV. We will meet from 10AM until 5PM. This is were we will be given the game and the rules for this years competition. This is will start the intensive six weeks of build.
We will not meet on the Sunday after build as we did in the past. On Monday 1/9/2012 we will meet from 2:10 until 5PM where we will discuss our plan of attack for the game. After that all meetings should be at APG.
We will depart by 2:05 each day from AHS and leave APG by 5PM. Below are the proposed dates at APG.
Tuesday 1/10 through Thursday 1/12
Tuesday 1/17 through Thursday 1/19
Wednesday 1/25 through Thursday 1/26
Monday 1/30 through Thursday 2/2
Monday 2/6 through Thursday 2/9
Monday 2/13 through Thursday 2/16 (We would move things out this day as the robot must be complete and sealed by 2/21.)

Email for Meeting
All,
We will be having a meeting on Tuesday, December 6th from 2:10PM until 4PM. We will being organizing and inventorying everything. All people that want to be part of the team or have been part of the team need to be present.
We are tentatively planning trips out to APG on 12/15 and 12/20. This would be from 2PM-5PM. This is not final. Clear your calendars now! Our first trip to APG will include a safety and security briefing, so if you want to go out to APG in the future, you must go on 12/15.

In case you missed the meeting on October 13, 2011 we discussed a few things:
Mr. Evans welcomed all of the new members and told Spenser to give a brief description on what robotics is about, some of the changes for this year and the various sub teams. Mr.Evans then proceeded to talk about our new high tech facilities which CERDEC has graciously granted to us. We then talked over some of the details of transportation and how we might be able to get all of the students to reach the new facilities at APG. After that we took out last year's robot to show to the new members. Toward the end of the meeting Mr.Evans requested all incoming and current members to send their email information to him.
